If you or someone you love would like to talk, please call my office. I've been able to help many people find a way to deal with their problems.  Experience counts when it comes to psychology!

 

If depression or anxiety is a problem, there are very effective therapy stragegies for helping with these painful issues.  I can show you how to take advantage of them. 

 

Perhaps there is a problem with a relationship.  Sometimes it's a problem at home, or maybe at school or work.  This can lead to feeling angry, misunderstood and resentful.  Seeking help at times like these is very important.

As a trained professional, I know that there is no "one size fits all" solution.  I work with individuals, couples, families and groups.  They can be male or female, adults, adolescents, and/or children.  We work together to develop a solution focused therapy.


The unique issues that children and teens face in those developmental years can really cover a wide range.  Specially designed strategies are available for them.  If your child or teen is experiencing distress or having behavior problems, don't wait for them to "grow out of it".  Take some action now.  We can work together to help them.
